I’m from a musical family and cut my teeth playing in pubs and clubs around Australia. I spent a good chunk of my career galavanting around the globe with Brissy rockers The Butterfly Effect (and continue to do so from time to time).
A few years ago I made my home in Sydney and reengaged with the intimate acoustic sounds I’d grown up on. My goal as a performer is to create an awesome atmosphere and play songs that you can engage with and that make you smile. I’m also increasingly establishing myself as a singer-songwriter and have released my first new material in a while in the form of an alt-folk/rock EP called “Swings.” This is to be followed up in October by a companion EP called “Roundabouts” just prior to a national tour. The goal is to keep trying to make Bruce Springsteen and Ben Folds proud, even if only in my head.
For my shows, I have a gigantic repertoire which means that whether you want to dance your butt off, sing along rambunctiously or even just chill, have a drink, and listen to great tunes, I’ve got you covered. I love nothing more than providing a rollicking, good-time show which combines sincerity and stupidity in equal measures.
WEDDINGS & CORPORATE FUNCTIONS
For your wedding or function, my aim is to create a complete musical package that provides the perfect soundtrack to your event.
My packages include professional sound and lighting and there is a wireless microphone available for speeches if you require it. You may choose from my list of 600+ songs and special requests are also welcomed.
